The logic of financial inclusion has permeated various levels of financial structures, ranging from intermediary institutions and multilateral credit organizations to sectors of national governments. However, in terms of its definition and implementation as public policy, it lacks sufficient consensus within the specialized literature.
The aim of this paper is to elucidate the effects of financial inclusion mechanisms and their impact on the development of productive sectors—particularly regarding Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)—through the analysis of official indicators available following the COVID-19 pandemic in Argentina, specifically between the years 2021 and 2023.
