Notes on the political philosophy of Mauricio Beuchot

The Analogical Hermeneutics proposed by Mauricio Beuchot breaks in the
political philosophy because it considers notions as: ethics, utopía, mediation, and a
balanced vinculation, among others. The importance of talking about it lies, mainly, in
the called Modernity has increased individual behavoirs, a subjectivity that tends to the
hegemony. This in detriment of a community that requires recognition and dialogue.
Beuchot’s philosophy encourages an interpretative reflection with the intention of
contribute to the human wellness. This concern has its backgrounds on Hannah
Arendt’s theory, critical thinker about Politics. This paper points out some
coincidences between both philosophers.
